What most people see about my life is the success on the outside. I've built multiple thriving businesses, led teams of over 450 people across 28 states, and achieved record-breaking results. People hear me speak on stage, see pictures of my family online, notice the cool trips we take, or learn that I serve as an elder at our church and assume I've got things figured out..
But the outside story isn't the full story. Behind the scenes there have been failures, burnout, insecurity, fear, and seasons where life felt much heavier than it appeared. My wife and I have walked through difficult periods in our marriage and with our kids. I've lost everything financially. Twice. And had to rebuild from scratch.
For most of my life, what fuelled my drive to succeed under the surface was a deep fear that I wasn't enough.
This is the story of how I went from proving to peace — and why I believe that the journey inward is the most important journey any of us will ever take.

That’s still a battle I wrestle with. Learning to find my worth and identity in Christ rather than in my performance is a daily process.
But through those struggles, God has taught me something powerful.
You can pursue excellence, build successful businesses, and still experience deep peace.
Helping Christian men lead from their identity in Christ, at home and in business, is the work I feel called to do. And I'm grateful for the opportunity God has provided me.
